What is EMS?
We offer an Enhancements, Maintenance and Support Package (EMS) that will provide updates for the 3ivx D4 4.5 software product when enhanced versions of the release become available and also includes support services that will allow you to call or e-mail the hotline to receive answers to your technical questions concerning the use of the 3ivx software. This is provided for an annual fee.
An alternative is a maintenance service package that includes technical support, but not automatic updates. This package is provided for an annual fee.
Updates to latest releases if required at normal pricing will also be available at the then current rates.
As regards hotline and similar support this can also be made available at standard rates with priority naturally given to our contracted EMS Clients. |
